Google review removal.Make your case.

A fake review on your Google Business Profile deserves a documented report. We help you identify the policy issue and prepare the request. A genuine customer’s negative experience is not a removal reason.

Google makes the final removal decision.

Your Business Profile. Your evidence.

What to check before reporting

  • Fake engagement or a conflict of interest
  • Harassment or prohibited personal information
  • Content unrelated to an experience with your business

These are issues to assess against the rules, not promises of removal.

Read Google’s official guidelines

Your Google next steps

  1. 1

Find your Google Business Profile and select the review.

  2. 2

Identify the policy issue and keep supporting evidence.

  3. 3

Submit the report and check its status in Google’s Reviews Management Tool.

How Google review removal actually works

The real process, start to finish. No shortcuts, no guarantees Google did not make.

  1. 1

Match the review to a policy

Google removes reviews for specific reasons: fake engagement, conflicts of interest, harassment, hate speech, personal information and off-topic content. Read the review against Google’s prohibited content policy and name the exact rule it breaks. “I disagree with this review” is not a ground for removal.

  2. 2

    Preserve your evidence

Screenshot the review and the reviewer’s profile before anything changes. Pull the records that prove your point: no matching customer in your system, a competitor’s name on the account, a threat in the text. Evidence gathered after a report is harder to attach.

  3. 3

Report it from your Business Profile

Open your Google Business Profile, find the review, choose “Report review” and pick the reason that matches the policy you identified. The reason you select routes the report, so it has to be the right one.

  4. 4

Track the report in the Reviews Management Tool

Google’s Reviews Management Tool shows every review you have reported and its status. Check it instead of re-reporting. Duplicate reports do not speed up a decision.

  5. 5

    Appeal a denial once

If Google decides the review does not violate policy, you get one appeal through the same tool. This is where the evidence from step two matters: the appeal is a fresh review of your case, not a repeat of the first report.

  6. 6

Use the legal channel for illegal content

Defamation, court-ordered content and other unlawful material go through Google’s legal removal request form, a separate process from policy reporting. We tell you when a review belongs there instead.

What this request does

Reporting is different from replying. You still have the option to respond professionally to genuine feedback while a policy report is reviewed.

Pay upfront. If the specific Google review is not removed within 30 days of payment, we refund the removal fee to your original payment method. No claim or form needed. We review and issue it within 5 business days.

Pay upon removal: save a card, pay $0 today, and pay $50 more per item only once each removal is documented. No refund term applies because nothing is charged before removal.

Does a one-star rating qualify?

A low rating alone is not a policy violation. Check the account, content and available evidence against Google’s rules before reporting.
