Trustpilot review help.Flag with evidence.
A questionable Trustpilot review needs the right reporting reason. We assess the content and your evidence with you, then discuss the appropriate next step. Honest criticism stays up when it follows the rules.
Trustpilot makes the final removal decision.
What to check before reporting
- Harmful or illegal content
- Personal information or promotional content
- Evidence relevant to whether the review reflects a genuine experience
These are issues to assess against the rules, not promises of removal.

What this request does
Flagging a review does not buy its removal. Trustpilot evaluates the report under its rules. A negative opinion or disagreement with a reviewer is not sufficient on its own.
Why start with an assessment?
Trustpilot has a different reporting process from Google and Yelp. An assessment keeps the request tied to the right platform and evidence instead of sending you to an unrelated payment page.
